Shipping Policy – Nroven

Shipping zone
We currently ship only within Europe. If your delivery country does not appear at checkout, it means we do not yet ship there.

Processing time
After your order is confirmed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before shipment. This timeframe does not include transit time.

Delivery time
Once shipped, your order usually arrives within 10 to 20 business days, depending on your destination country and international shipping conditions.

Shipping fees

Free shipping for all orders of €50 or more.
For orders under €50, shipping fees apply, calculated and displayed at checkout (except in exceptional cases, discounts and campaigns)

Order tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to track its delivery.

Delays
Delays may occur in case of high demand, customs, or events beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of an unusually long delay.
